Kneidl - Grilled fish & more

Both of Robert Kneidl's delicatesse stalls been beloved partners of the Augustine food hall since 2003 (and were awarded a Seal of Quality in 2011). Whether it be Reinanken or pikeperch straight from the Waginger Lake, the fish are grilled directly after being freshly caught by the Chef himself.
The special preparation and the gentle slow grilling method with lava stones makes the fish perfectly juicy inside, while the skin remains spicy and crunchy.
