By placing an order, you make a binding offer to conclude a contract. Our confirmation constitutes acceptance of the offer and the contract is concluded.
The goods ordered remain our property till paid for in full. Deliveries are only made in Austria until further notice.
The prices include the statutory Value-Added Tax.

Deliveries are effected COD. We supply as long as stocks are available. You are entitled to return unused goods in their original packaging within a period of 14 days.

Our Brewery shop goods are insured by the Austrian Post Office by virtue of COD mailing. The Austrian Post Office reserves the right to open and check packages in the post office for security reasons. If any damage should occur during mailing, please contact the Post Office official directly. It goes without saying that you will receive the goods ordered will be replaced.
